A short, plain-language note.

Email updates

If you join the email list, Local Pathways stores the email address you submit, your update preference, the date you consented, and basic campaign labels when you arrived through a tagged link.

Michael may use that information to send occasional Local Pathways news, book updates, and walk dates. The list is not sold. You can leave it at any time by emailing michael@localpathways.com.

Walk requests

When walk bookings are open, request details are used only to coordinate that request. Booking emails are not added to the update list unless the person separately joins it.

Simple site counts

Local Pathways records counts when someone clicks an Amazon or email link, along with the page placement and standard campaign labels. It does not store the visitor’s name, email address, IP address, or browser fingerprint with those click counts.

Walking films

The featured TikTok player does not connect to TikTok when the page first loads. If you press play, the video loads from TikTok and TikTok’s own privacy terms apply.
